kframe 69 charger

i own a 69 charger that i pulled the k frame out of the car i am trying to put it back . i replaced the strut rod bushings and i am having a hard time getting the k frame back on its about 1/2inch off to bolt the k frame to the body is  there any tricks to put the k frame back could it be the new bushings on the strut rod causing  it not to go back on

It should be pretty straight forward.  I would leave all the bolts loose until all 4 are in the holes and threaded.  This will give you a little play to move around.  The only problem I can think of is if you tightened the strut rod bushings to tight and crushed the k-member, which could through off the alignment.
