Anyone remember this car? I never saw it before, but I do remember the beer.  :D

Website:  http://www.olympia-charger.com/le_mans_24_hours/index.html

The NASCAR Dodge that ran the 24 hours in 1976 and that raced again at Le Mans Classic in 2006!

I was looking for something else & found this website by accident. It seems that some neat sites are out there when you don't look for them. I was never really a fan of two tone paint jobs, but I love the paint scheme on this car. Thought some of you would like this.

Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris

I took the day off work to watch the gang test run the re-creation at Portland Intl Speedway last year before they shipped it to France. It was a day to remember for sure.
