I know that everyone has seen this picture but does anyone know where you can research and or buy the Rear Window Louvers?

You see them on ebay from time to time, and i think G series was building and selling them awhile back? they're the ones that made that winged car in the pic. but if i remember right they were selling well over 600 bucks

What window louvers?  I don't even see a car in that picture!

well 2 years ago when i saw them on ebay they sold for 600. haha

Thats a ridiculous price,
there was a guy on ebay was making them from Aluminum from scratch I saw some good pic's of the one I wanted to buy nice product, Good workmanship. I don't know what happend too him haven't seen any posted for awhile.

I did a search and sure enough he is no longer a member of ebay he went by 7864john looks like he got 3 neg's and he quit! Cant make every one happy, He stated in his add that they were custome made and would be built after you paid and it took awhile.
Too bad I wanted too buy two of them from him one for my Road runner clone and one for my Charger.

Yeah, you can`t make everybody happy when you steal their money and don`t deliver the goods.  Nothing but a thief and a loser in my book. His negative from me was very well deserved.

I never got anything from him.  I was patient to the extent that I screwed myself. Instead of opening a Paypal complaint/dispute within the 30/45 day time limit, I gave him the (he`s a mopar guy)  benefit of the doubt. (never again)  At the time of my purchase, his feedback indicated that he was a slow shipper but did deliver. Other members(s) here had bought them and endured his slow shipping, so I was prepared for that.  I should mention that his ads did NOT indicate to  potential buyers that they should anticipate a long wait. A few days after I paid, he sent me a message stating that he would be shipping my louvers the following week. A month or so later, I asked him about my order and was told that he would be buying the materials in a few days and shipping the following week. All further attempts to communicate were futile. In my opinion, the guy is/was a thief, and a moronic businessman. Why advertise items that are not yet made? Thats plain dumb. Would making them first, then selling them be all that hard? As far as the quality... the opinion expressed by other buyers were that they were
decent for the price, needed some grinding/massaging for proper fit.  As far as them looking good in pics... I could make a set out of cardboard
and elmers glue that looked good in pics.
