im building a derby/rallye car for this summer and am wondering how hard it would be to make a roll bar for it or how much it would cost me to get one made???

well you have to have it made to the specs for whatever class you are racing. A good cage is usually 200-250 per point, and a derby car usually has a 12 point in it. You have to know somebody to do it. No racing class I've ever known allows the use of square tubing, you actually have to have something bent up. Or see is S&W racecars sells a prebent cage for it, then find somebody who is good with a welder to weld it. because the welds have to look good without being ground on in order to pass tech.
