My buddy Doug Lepak found this gem.
AM/FM 8 track, power windows, pretty good shape overall. And he's thinking of picking it up.
Any idea what it might be worth?

I'd say up to $7k, but don't tell the junkyard that.  Thats one hell of a find in a junkyard!

That really is a incredible find for a junkyard now-a-days...looks pretty much complete and a great resto candidate. I agree with the previous poster has to be worth at least $7k.
You would almost have thought you would have sent those pics to Robin's Cars in Barns by now????

Depending on rear rust & eng. #'s, and if he knows current Charger prices, he may want $10-14k :scratchchin:

'70 scoops huh? I like it already ;D. Seriously, did that arrive at the yard yesterday? It looks pretty clean. It will surely sell for more than 7K IMO.

I bet its the owners car cause it looks like it was driven to that spot juding on how the wheel is turned But i cant see the other side.

I would plan on paying 10-15k for it. I'm sure they know what its worth.

That car does look complete.  A very nice find.  Something doesn't seem right with it sitting there unmolested.   :scratchchin:

bull

Dang. Looks like someone just backed it into that spot last week. I'd say $7k is pretty conservative from what I can see. I guess it depends on how much rust it has and how complete it is. If I had the funds and it was not a serious cancer victim I'd be willing to pay about $10k USD.

UFO

An R/T with power windows, but no console?First owner must have wanted the extra company up front.

67_Dodge_Charger

How did the frame rails look?  I wouldn't let that one go.  I would say it is worth up to $10k depending on the drive train.

motor looks wrong, to narrow to be a 440 and the manifolds look wrong to............

stolen, impound.....tow job unpaid for maybe. Doesn't look like a junkyard car to me? I'm guessing there is a "story" behind how that car ended up in the middle of a junkyard.

The bugle sounds the charge begins. But on this battlefield no one wins.

notice how the trans. cooler is mounted to the radiator :P
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

I'm taking Magnumcharger's lack of replies to this thread as...he & his buddy are dragging that baby home right now!! :boogie: :coolgleamA:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Well to be honest, I was asked what I thought it might be worth, and I said 15K Cdn. So maybe I was a bit high, who knows?
R4 is what amounted to a 1969 equivalent to a high impact color, and being called "Charger Red" makes it even sweeter!

I do know Doug has a silent partner that will be going in on a purchase offer for the beast, and neither of them are what you might call "Charger guys". E body guys, yes.

I would LOVE to get this car, but with a '68 Charger R/T to restore, and of course that Deora clone to finish, I'm up to my armpits in projects already.

But: if they grab it.....I'll let ya'll know!! :yesnod:

Well, I hope they do end up getting it. Even if they aren't Charger guys & end up flipping it for E-body stuff, it's better than letting it stay in a boneyard. :)
