I know how to get one, but does anyone recommend any?

And, I'm asking this cause I don't know, but do they come with a page that you can modify and link your web site from?

Not sure what you're asking actually. ???

I use GoDaddy for a registrar. They'll handle the DNS as well. Is that the right answer? Send me a PM if you want and I'll try to help.
