after a DISASTER on an engine rebuilt, really bad job made by machine shop ( you can not imagine how bad it was ), a friend of mine got two KB 240 pistons badly damaged. He ended giving up, and will rebuilt another engine on 020 with stock pistons and the Cam he got from summit ( same as pistons )

Do the deallers sell just 2 pistons instead a set ? I'm thinking on get them to install on my engine. The rest are perfect.

another question related... what's teh best Cam I can get to match with KB240 thinking on a  long future 451 stroker ? street use, not racing I was thinking on someone Mopar Performance, sine will like to keep pentastar

I have no idea if the KB pistons can be bought separatly some companies will but I have never dealt with KB
I need a lot mor einfo to select a cam

everything stock with 850cfm TQ... just piston upgrade

Jegs has the pistons for $62.99 single.  I don't think they have a set of them.  Summit has the set of them. Just be careful, I just found out that a skirt was broken on one of my pistons either from them shipping it or them hitting it with something.

The guy I'm using for engine work was about to install them when he saw that a piece of the skirt was broken off.  But yes, I am going to run the KB240's, they are backordered a week from Summit.

which camshaft will you use ?

I was thinking on 451 stroker, but I think will go step by step, specially since 6 pistons are already down here.

I have a comp cams .525 lift.  I am not sure the duration.  It is one of my old posts, I'll have to dig it up for you.
