one small thing.. it would help to know what YEAR car you're talking about. either way, it's not gonna be rare. green was the flagship mopar color of mopar back in the day. white tops are common too
if you get a good deal on it get it. color combos hardly matter nowadays if the car is solid

I saw one just like that at the TDC meet in Jefferson City last weekend.

i belive triple white was pretty rare, there used to be a guy who owned a 3xwhite '69 when i was in Jr. High school, i can't go by that house with out thinking about that car...  :scratchchin: and wondering where it is now...
probably triple black now...  ;D

thanks alan, i had it backwards lol. white with green/green is not too much different, a few less made i'm sure than green, but still not anything to go "1 of 1 on ebay" type car

I don't know how rare they are but there was one just like that with a 383 in it about 5miles from my house.  The guy sold it on ebay about a year and a half ago.  I can't remember what he got for it but I do remember he did pretty good on it.

Did it get edited? Because it says 1968 in the poll and in the post. I already knew that from another thread so maybe I missed reading it the first time. I'm not sure that I've ever seen this particular color combo but I also haven't seen all the 68 Charger out there. It would be fairly unique I'd say.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Yep! thats why I was agreeing with you! I mean it's not like you have ever seen many Chargers :icon_smile_big:

White Chargers are probably one of the more rare colors, but the combo you're describing certainly isn't a one-of-a-kind.

I owned that exact color combo about 5 years ago. I sold it to a gentleman in Chicago. This one was a 318 column auto with air.

Not too long ago I passed on a white '68 with green interior (no vinyl top) that was eventually purchased by another board member. I don't know how rare this combo is but I do know some things are rare for a reason. :icon_smile_cool:

That describes the way my car came from the factory.  By the time I got it in '91, the vinyl roof was gone but I found pieces of it under the window trim.

Rare? Uncommon? Maybe, but I doubt that color combo would break any auction records.  That's why I'm changing the color to black.

I think rare is thrown around to much for base models, like it makes your car worth more money, "maybe"unless its really unique like a 4 spd car............anywho I think for 68 its more uncommon, when I resreached my 68 from brochures and articles you where suppose to only get the same interior color as your vinyl top, so I got a car with a white top but blue interior, which it should have been white interior, rare no, uncommon yes................neatest color combo I have seen was a car superbird Bob own was a silver 68 with red interior, was a fixer but a great looking car.....cant remember if it had a vinyl top though, been so long ??? I defiantly think its a uncommon color combo green like that but not worth the extera bucks some one would claim to want because of it..............but then theres those goofy 70 cars :D

As bull stated: White with green interior (no vinyl). I have only seen one other that was similar on Ebay. Of course, I don't care how rare it is as I just enjoy driving it and I get plenty of thumbs up. :icon_smile_cool:

The '70 from this year's Kool April Nites in Redding was all original - owner, paint, etc. It was white exterior (no vinyl) with maroon? red? interior.
