I'd say yes and surely there's got to be more people like me out there.

OH DEAR GOD! I hope not...one of you is enough!

WOW, just WOW! Beautiful shots you take. I have a semi-fancy camera that has so many options I really dont get. We have beautiful sunsets in my hood,  :smilielol:  and would love to take better shots. Any advise? Thanks.

Hahaha! Remember, i'm NOT as handicapped as my spouse! (skip68)

Just take it out & play with it (the camera) until you get used to it. See what does & does not work. Set it at a high resolution, if you want to put them on sites like this you can copy the original & then re-size it. Digital images are cheap to take, so take lots of them & then look at all of them to see how your camera records them. I have one camera that takes great moon photos, but the more expensive model is not up to it.

Drove over to where I work to pick something up & spotted this growing on a gravel pile. Damn weeds will grow anywhere.

It never ceases to amaze me where things will grow. Yet try to grow something in the home garden and it doesn't.

I bought an ultraviolet flashlight for finding scorpions.   They are florescent and glow with black light.

Watch where you tread. If you get bitten by one of those there's no telling how much or for how long you'll be hallucinating. They're worse than giant tropical mosquito's.
Looks pretty cool though.

Can a person survive a bite?

You don't get bit, you get stung. It depends on the critter.  Some are more toxic than others.

skip68

Well, last year I got stung 3 times by a scorpion and bit by a rattlesnake and I'm still here.   ;)   There is a small scorpion that is deadly.  My kids catch these things.

Of course, I know that. Forgive me, I'm not quite back to normal yet.
I'm talking about the one's that skip is keeping company with. Looks like a big one. Our's are tiny here and a sting is similar to a wasp sting (maybe a little worse).
