jack-knifed, trailer swung sideways up against the wall, probably only had product in the rear of the trailer (which is a no-no but sometimes you get stuck while unloading and your left with it) making it more prone jack-knife

No jacknife there, he intentionally tried to turn around on that bridge. You can see the marks near the back of the trailer where he had the wheels turned sharp on the tractor turning it, plus he admitted that he had missed his turn and was turning around. Bad thing is there are plenty of places he could have turned around just beyond the bridge.

I agree, if it had jack knifed it would surely have taken out the concrete barrier.
