What's the bird doing?

She was sitting on her nest and letting me have it for taking pictures of her. I got quite a few pics that day and even more of the baby chicks a week or so later. A bunch of the pics actually got published in some habitat training manuals.

Now that is really special.

We have a pair of wedge tail eagles that hover over our place (looking for rabbits) once a week or so and we never, ever tire of watching them.
