Rear disk brakes 200 Chrysler Concorde any tips??????

I have never done rear disk brakes before and need to do them on my daughters car. Do I need a special tool to compress the calipers? Any tips on makng the job go well. I plan on opening up the bleeder and push out the old fluid then refill the master cylinder.
