What is the panel called, and how can i repair/replace it??

The affected area shown is on my 69 Charger. The best i can describe as to where it's located is on the under side of the right rear quarter panel BEHIND the tire. This is the ONLY rust spot that i have found on the car, yet i'm not familer with what this area is called and how i might go about fixing it.

Any Help Would be Appreciated.  Click all pictures for FULL SIZE VIEW.

This is the affected area, "right rear quarter panel, behind tire"


The "problem" extends all the way to the rear of the car and stops at the tail panel.


This is a picture of the drivers side, same area. It is completely uneffected, don't ask me why.

The pictures are a little sketchy, but it looks like the trunk extensions to me.  These mate the trunk pan to the lower quarter panels.  You can purchase these many places, but I would try Auto Body Specialties, Charger Specialties, Shermans or Jacks Auto Parts for the best price.

These mate the trunk pan to the lower quarter panels.

Yes, that is how i would describe it. They seem to attach from the trunk pan, "which already been replaced once" to the lower part of the quarters.
