I got my charger running today, but did not have a timing light.  It runs , but rattles the hell out of the entire car.  What should the timing be set at.  Does this sound like a tiiming issue or something else.  Cam is a little larger than stock, but thats about it.  Hope timing is the issue here.  Any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance gentlemen

The car has exhaust back to the rear end. its an automatic car.  iam assuming the busings are rubber.  the engine bushings are new but the tranny bushing is probably orignal to the car.  the exhaust even rattles agtainst the underbody of the car, and a lot of motor flex.  could this be my tranny mount?

its really hard to say for sure whats going on but id just check thing does the mount look bad ? can you get a buddy or someone to set the timing? have you tryed to move the dist around while its running and see if it helps smooth it out? is the carb adjusted ?

another quick question.  the motor is a 69 440 hp steel crank.  There are no weights on the torque converter.  This is correct, isnt it?  The carb is a 750 edelbrock.  i havent messed with it much.  Tried moving the distributor but didnt get much help out of it. :-\
