I saw the episode today where they dyno 5 original engines rebuilt to stock specs and the 426 demolished everything else hands down. At the fly wheel it dynoed over 800 hp, the ford 427 dynoed 580ish and the chevy 427 did 520 or so. There were a couple others not really notable but I could not believe the hemi #'s. I want to see the blueprints for that motor. :hah:

I look at it too. The Hemi shot ever engine down, Ford 427, Pontiac 421, Chebbe, forgot the others.
