Don't know if this has been posted yet.  But it's a good read.  Thinking about it for my next build.

I have been checking that system out for my current build.  Just need some more green stuff.

Currently having it machined for the 440. Greg(BCR) is a great guy! Very helpful, pic of my car in his customer page. 68 Coronet 500. I'll post pics of it installed when i'm done.

No doubt about it, this is a "hitter" way to go for a stock block, I really like the system.

but,

I'm seeing machining costs becoming prohibitive, Align Boring to fit new caps, then an align hone to adjust Brg. Clrc., then, some Block Milling on the pan rail surface @ bottom of the block to "scuff the panrail" as stated ?

At my shop, I can do all those operations,
but,
It'll cost guys,
and, it's still stock Cylinder walls and lifter gallery. Back to "how much to invest" in a stock block ?
Only wimps wear Bowties !

The stock blocks really do need this help as the stock main caps move all over the place under severe usage. It is highly recommended.
