BB & SB A/C the same?

Ive pulled a a/c unit from a 73 Charger SE w/ 400BB in it.
I also pulled a a/c unit from a 74 Charger w/ 318 in it.

Would these be identical units? Ive not compared them visually in detail. Buit what I have seen, they look just alike.

P.S.: These are COMPLETE units.

the mounts for the compressor will be different , the rest should or at least could be the same
