HI all,
I changed the  rearend in my 69 Charger R/T to a strange 60 with 373 gears. It came from the factory with 3.23 my problem is now when I am running at 55mph it shows 90 on the speedometer. Can I get a new gear to fix this, and where do you get them to correct this problem? Oh the wheels and tires are 14 inch as from the factory

Thanks

here's a link with the speedo gear chart in it, scroll to halfway and you'll see it.  i'm guessing you will need the one with 41 teeth looking at these charts because they don't specifically id the 3.7's in there  someone else will chime in with more info i'm sure.

lastly, it looks like this place might be able to help  or at least point you in the right direction

I would first try the local parts store or the dealer once you find which one you need.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Thanks very much for the info. I can always count on the members for good advice.
