I am on a serious hunt for a MINT original fan shroud for the 1969 B-body  383-440 22" radiator . Only a perfect original will do. I will pay top dollar, Reasons unable to disclose at this time. OE part number is 2949 130

Galen's book also lists the 2949 130 22" shroud as correct for 440 powered C-bodies (his notes have "P/T", presumably police and taxi applications??), and strangely, 318 powered C-bodies.

Find me a mint original to pull a blank  off of. I can have them done in 4 weeks turnaround time.

Bill helps to get parts for your car reproduced and is a genuine guy.  Apparently you have never spoken to or ordered anything from him. 

We're the ones who are priviledged to have someone like him helping us to restore our beloved rides.

The purpose of this is to find a mint or as close to as I can find original shroud to pull a mold off of. to have it reproduced. Thus my reasoning for not putting it in the general parts wanted section.
I really appreaciate it being able to stay here, but would really understand if it gets moved.

It would certainly be nice to have the metal 22" shrouds for the '68s reproduced. They're as rare as rooster teeth and the crappy ones cost about four times more than I'm willing to pay.

Yes, they are two-piece metal shrouds and I don't know how hard it would be to reproduce them. With so many parts being injection moulded the stamped metal stuff has kind of been ignored. Body parts got off to a good start but it got to a certain point and just stopped.
