So we're moving and we plan on selling some of our old parts we have. Can anybody tell me what they think these items are worth?

Mint condition 69 Buick Skylark shroud with original GM sticker on it
68 Newport hood. No rot or dents (just abit of surface rust on the underside). Latch is attached and emblems (missing the 'H' in Chrysler)

I got some pics of the shroud but none of the hood

I don't want to pile on but asking the worth of FORD cars and BUICK parts in this forum probably isn't the best way of getting the answer your looking for. Try a MUSTANG or BUICK forum. Since you are the "GOOGLE MASTER" that may be another avenue to try as well. Personally, if I want to know the going price for a part I would look on eBay. Here are 3 that are currently listed.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1968-1972-Buick-GM-A-body-Fan-Shroud-Fiberglass-68-72_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33600QQihZ012QQitemZ220098751695QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Just follow each auction until they end and you'll have an idea. If you can't wait just check the "COMPLETED LISTINGS" box on the left side of the eBay page and you'll see auctions that have ended already and if the item sold it will show the price it brought. There are 17 COMPLTETED LISTINGS currently and although they may not be the exact same item your selling it should still give you some idea.

Or you could just put it on eBay, start it at .99 and let the market decide what it's worth.

Which is all you're going to get anyway.

dude not trying to hurt your feelings, i think it's great you have a 69 charger and you come to this board for help.. it's just frustrating for some guys to come on here(me included) and have to sort through buick, ford or whatever posts to read real charger posts or questions. that's all. there is a place for that type of stuff, and i'm sure like tripleblackgator said you are familiar with looking up ebay ads and how to find out how much something is generally worth by looking at the completed section...

Yeah, ....so ask yourself "what's it worth" to post another "what's it worth" post before posting.  :nana: :nana: :nana:
