yep that's the one  ,     ,  that cracks me up , when I see that !!   i'll    be reading a thread on here then  , all of a sudden , its starts to  going wrong  or arguments or name calling or  both  , the  , then someone posts a train wreck     makes me laugh

If the car splash pic was not staged why was someone waiting to take the picture and the lady in the car smiling ?

because they know there is a puddle next to the corner or a bus stop etc  and they stand around and wait for this to happen   

people in the car just having fun   

         we have an esplanade that is right on the coast with an upper and lower road because in big seas the waves beak over the lower road , when this is happening its standing room only on the upper road . not watching the sea , watching the tourists park on lower road to take pics of big seas =car full of water
