Here's what my Charger looks like now in case anyone is interested. The engine compartment, door jambs, and trunk are all painted, the engine is in, vinyl top is on, windshield and back window are in, but I think the back window will need to be redone because the sealant is so thick the trim won't fit. Now that I have the engine in, it's going back to the body shop to get the fenders, hood, doors & trunk lid installed and get the final paint job done. My body guy says it should be about another month, but it will probably take longer since he doesn't get as much time to work on it as he would like. When he first started on the car, he said it would take about a year, and it's been almost 18 months now. I was hoping to buy a hemi for it, but the body & paint work are taking every penny I have and then some, so the 440 will have to do for now. I just hope that when it gets done I'm not so far in debt that I have to sell it to pay for it.

Yeah I like progress pictures too. Is it going back to original?

I like progress pics too, especially when they're mine! Hopefully I will be posting them a little more often in a few weeks. I am going to make it as original as I can, but as I said, I can't afford to buy a hemi for it yet, so it will have a 440 until then. Another thing that won't be as original is the wheels, I never cared much for the body-colored steelies with dog dishes, so I'm going with chrome Magnum 500s.
