Bagged eh! I have done a bunch of bagged trucks!! I had a 1999 Ram that I stock floor body dropped had 22's would lay on the rocker all aired out!!!! TON OF WORK!!!!!!!!! You will have to do some tubbing in the rear to get a 20" tucked up in the Charger with airbags, I had a 71 Challenger that I had 4 linked and bagged but sold it before anything came to fruition (found the Charger!!!)

no tubing and i'm gonna keep the ride height it has now, i don't want a low rider . they will be tucked as much as possible . the bags are helpers so the rear tires don't rub the top of the inner wheel well . plus it controls the stiffness of the ride .

i'm playing with the idea of black side pipes  i'm building a 70's kinda street rod

  You can't build a nice car in just a few days. We let our cars sit in final prime for at least a month before final sand and even longer if the customer isn't in a hurry.   

I remember one local guy let his corvette´s primer sit for more than a year before he painted it. I think he also let layers of paint dry a long time before wetsanding them and spraying again, but this was almost 30 years ago, the paints probably were a lot different then than what you can buy now..

Stu, He's calling you out just like Ken called me out at St. Louis. They never expected me to do burnouts in the hotel parking lot with a real bird. I told him that if the car was going to be damaged by doing burnouts...I didn't want it. I'm pretty sure that a six pack 440, 4 speed, dana car will pretty much hold up to a little abuse.

I say we do side by side burnouts next time and see how many hits we get on Youtube.

I would love to see Rene's black car doing side by side burnouts with my black car.  Two black wingcars burnin the tires off would be sick.

I have a chance to trade my real nice 69 runner for a real nice 69 Charger. Seriously thinking about building another Daytona clone. This charger is a factory 383, 4 speed matching numbers car. Very nice driver. The matching numbers stuff will have to stay in place. However, I want to do some old school stuff like you're doing.
Ever since I had a kid pull out in front of me when I was in the bird a few weeks ago, I've been paranoid as hell. Everywhere I go lately people are texting and talking on the cell phone.  I love my bird but I don't drive it around town as much as I once did. It would kill me to tear that car up.
I miss my Daytona clone that Allen bought and would like to build another one. But not another black one. Probably red like I had originaly intended to paint the one that Allen has.

i had  thrush side pipes on the 69 charger in the late 70's . i use to street race that car down at ave p in Newark .  i ended up loosing that car in a race . i guess now i'm bringing her back .

i had some problems with the S pipe rattling . gotta  figure some of that stuff out .
