If it is in a spot where it is hard to see, or it is a smaller crack, it might be easy to fix using a vinyl repair kit. My uncle used them on his collector Oldsmobile's, and you can't tell.

Yes,I did thank you. I'll try to explain it. The replacement dash pad frame is plastic. And the Plastic of the frame is broke. The corner or edge. The vinyl is tore. I can feel it with my fingers but can't see it. Does that make sense?

TruckDriver

If the frame is broke, I'm not sure that can be fixed. You might be able to put a splice in to hold it together using very small screws. You won't see it behind the dash. And a vinyl glue/repair kit will hold the torn area. They give you texture pieces to press on, that will make the patched area blend in.

I hope something like that will work. But that corner looks collasped. I can see that. But the tear , I can feel it.

TruckDriver

Well, it is hard to say with out close up pics, but depending on the area collapsed, I have used RTV silicone to build up and reinforce areas that were pushed in already from behind. But, I am no interiour expert. But it worked for me. (Was also on one of my old Fords, and it didn't really matter.)
