People complaining about the price of gas with their muscle car are whining.

I personally am driving mine every day.  It's the only second car we own right now.  Although I realize that my car probably gets better gas mileage than most, since it's built for cruising and not for speed, I get around 16mpg highway.  That isn't any worse than most of the country gets with their big full sized pickups and SUV's, many of whom are the same muscle car owners who are complaining about gas.

Gasoline is a necessity in our culture, and you pay whatever the price is.  If some people want to sell their Charger or other muscle car because of the price of gas, I guess that means there are more Chargers for the rest of us.

Do you take that Coronet R/T to the cruise in Falmouth, MA during the nice months when they have the cruise at the marina?  I'd swear I've seen it there.

LL1 1967 Coronet

I've seen your Coronet at Carlisle - Nice car!  Here's mine, 100% original paint. I had it at Carlisle last year.

HELLO TeeJway426,  The car you are thinking about is the same color as mine but a Coronet 500 model. I talked to the guy and is very cool. His car has a black top w/black interior, and mine is white/white. He has a beautifully restored car, and deserved first place. Btw, You have an excellent memory for Coronets    :icon_smile_tongue:

Thank you to everybody who entered. If you didnt make it, you still have a chance in the upcoming months. Just because you didnt make it this month dosent mean you cant make it next month. A member (RJS) got this months spot with his 1972 Roadrunner clone.
