I have a 69 with a 440. The drivers side motor mount needs to be replaced. Any hints on just how to do this would be appreciated.

Chryco Psycho

use a floor jack with a wood block under the oil pan to lift the engine , undo the cross bolt through the mount first , lift the engine & undo the 3 bolts on the engine mount & remove it then replace the mount & reassemble

also does work lift the engine by the tranny lower hump. Less probablies to damage oli pan.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?
