Planet Earth on Discovery Channel is UNBELIVEABLE!!!

Sigourney Weaver narrates this 11 part series that was five years in the making.  My wife and I sat down tonight and watched the first three episodes and countless times, we had to pick each others jaws up off the floor!  The ways these videographers got the shots that they did was utterly AMAZING! 

I highly recommend you record this series and share it with your kids, the things you'll see in just the first three episodes alone will be talked about for a long time to come, such as just how truely "human" the giant panda bear really is when you see her nurse her newborn in a cave out in the wild- truely a sight to behold.

From what I've seen so far, I've programmed the DVR to record the other eight episodes, as I do NOT want to miss whats coming up!

I watched it and I am still in awe.  I have an HD projector with a 100 inch screen and, as far as I'm concerned, that was the only way to watch it.  It was, quite possibly, the best three hours of television I have ever seen.  It was amazing.

I watched the first episode after DVRing all 3....my favorite shot was the 2 where the great white shark jumpds out of the water & snatched up the seal....the slow motion high speed HD camera footage was unbelieveable.....

DK, you make sure you tell your wife that all of us here give hellaciouis "kudos" to the producers and filmakers and whoever else over the past FIVE years it took, to make this jawdropping and utterly AMAZZING series!!!
