I have been building Model Cars for 32 years. Jim PM'd me at the CGLFC and asked if I would be a judge, but I HATE judging models! I know how I feel when somebody is picking my stuff apart, so I won't do it anymore. I just don't like picking apart anybody else's work.

I only go to two model shows a year because too many people are way into how many trophies they can score.

I just love to build models to suit me.

I MIGHT build a second gen Charger for this online deal.  I don't know, I have been needing an excuse to build a 440 Daytona!

Im just going with what MoparManJim told me.

I could just say somthing stupid here an make him look bad but I won't though, I did tell him that, this way people can't email the judges and try to get there way to the top and 1st place which I'm not saying that these Judges are that way which i do belive they are on the way up and up list as thats why I contested Wingcar also as I heard from a friend of his that he knows his stuff about chargers reall well so I'm glad to have him onboard the judges table with the other few judges that was pick out. After the contest starts its all up to them and not me on who in the heck wins!

okay you all, its official Friday March 30,2007 is the Starting Date! (this Friday) and the contest will run until Sunday September 30, 2007.

What I need to know is who is entering what or like to enter what so we can get you in the cat.. If you haven't gotting to us with you Screen Name please let me or Cardz know as we're both in charge of the updateing list, if we put you in the wrong cat let us know.

this isn;t even a joke. I checked the SMF forums and was looking for a mod that Troy can limit a user to X amount of posts in a day.... it's still being coded

this thread isn't about him, its just we're talking with and about him for alittle being is all like anyone would do when in a group of people how the subject goes to one person for alittle time being then goes to some one else after that. To answer your question about his posts, I can't really say for sure but maybe he's trying to catch up on the stuff he's mist for the past few days  .

Wish i had time. I won first when i was a kid at a local mall contest. I had a copper 53 ford pu. I took one of my moms old 14k gold chains an used it for the steering wheel and hinges on the tail gate. I haven't did one in years though. Over the last few years did a few diescast - stripped and repainted and decaled some vintage stockers.

well, back on subject, I'm done giving attention.

I used to be fairly good at models, But mainly did planes, old WW2 aircraft. The airbrushing and rust was run. I enjoyed the attention to each rivet. but as I get older, I don't have the confidence in my steadiness of my hands.

and I should be working on my Charger instead of a smaller model.
