Another lame Excuse from Nascar for COT

I believe they said something to the affect that another reason to do this new COT was to equal out the Field  and who is it who wins again but another one of the Hendrix Rainbow boys.

That DID NOT HAPPEN Lizard! He never said that. Why you hate him so much, is beyond me, but don't put words in his mouth. Why are you starting another Nascar thread anyway? Are you mad because Kahne is a joke?  Bottom line, Gordon is one of the greatest drivers ever! Anyone with any sense would know that. Don't take this the wrong way, but your Nascar view is a little off. I still love you though.

I only watched/slept about 30 minutes of the race. Seemed like there were empty seats scattered through out the stands, although not as bad as Atlanta last week. Did they say anything about a sell out crowd?
The nose on the cot cars seem alot shorter than the other non-stock cars.
Since the IROC series can't find a sponser I guess this will have to do.

Then Correct me...What did he say "exactly" right after the race when they interviewed him. You tell all of us here....What did he say? I'd love to Hear the exact quote from his mouth Chris. Lets here it. That was pretty much so what I heard. May not have been exactly word for word what he said but it seemed a pretty arogant comment none the less.

I had to play it a few times to make sure I heard it right but what he said is the car was junk and he couldn't drive it in the beginning. His crew listened to him and made the correct changes to make it better.
Gordon seemed a little "off", maybe the heat and fumes. As much as it pains me I must side with Chris on this one

If you taped it and know what he said so please. Post it. I am fully willing to pull back on my previous statement if I was incorrect in what I though I heard. It just really sounded to me at that time that he was doggin on his crew like he had nothing to do with not taking a win. Which would be a pretty pethetic thing to do.
I have noticed that they are not posting that very VERY first video right after he got out of the car. There only posting the one right after that one (with the speed channel guy after he had obviously calmed down a bit) I want to hear again the one right after he got out of the car and interviewed live.

if I didn't like nascar now the COT will definatly keep me from watching in the future.  I just don't see the point in all the same cars, driving around and around at almost the same speed, in a car that is anything but a stock car
