Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Arthu®

I ain't scared fast, but if I had a great white trailing me in a kayak I would be a little worried...

ok, that's right up there with spiders and snakes :scared:

Not in a million years would I have taken that chance even with all the takes they did with an empty kayak prior to putting a human in there, on the off chance that shark became disturbed or agitated for whatever reason.  There would have been no saving that guy at all.
I would have used a remote control kayak the whole time.  Hey, I think that is an oxymoron i just uttered. :icon_smile_big:

:haha:

Maybe he's actually that guy's pet fishy & he's taking him out for excercise? :icon_smile_big:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

The guy looks fairly calm about it, that shark is huge!

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Did anybody ever see the footage of the great whites chasing foam seals being dragged by a boat?  :o No thanks..
Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris

Not this one TBG, I thought the same thing at first.. Check out the article in the link on snopes.  That one fooled me for sure.

There is no way I would have ever been that guy in the boat.

I would have just got out of the Kayak and ran across the water. People would think they saw Jesus but it would be a white guy from Alaska running for his life!
