NO but I did have a friend who died a few years ago   run steam on the old Santa Fe years ago. He started as a fireman and then an engineer. He was a neat old guy to talk to. Railroading was different then compared to now. I used to go to his house and sit with him for hours talking about railroading. He had lots of old storys to tell back in the 40's and 50's.

been inside one but never ran one, looks cool though. Got a buddy who works down a steamtown. Those dudes definitly earned there money back in those days.
