strange place for rust?

the auction is at $10,100 ...I mean it's a RT but that's way to much..almost every frame parts are rotten..the paint is just covering the mess. I wouldn't be surprised if that Charger pops up on ebay again in the near future.

Okay lets review,

Poor restoration 12 years ago.
Looks like it sat outside in the dirt which accounts for the under side rust
Frame rails are scary, so major work right off the bat
Floors and trunk are very suspect
Wrong Color
No Keys?

For what it would cost to restore that one you can buy one done so it is a losing proposition.  Anything can be fixed but it has to make sense financially to take on a project that big when there are still many cars out there for for sale that make more sense.
