And last but not least, the celebrity of the show. Barry Meguiar. Extremely nice, down to earth type of guy. He gave entrants a free spray detailer and microfiber cloth.

I think the '72 G.L. would look a lot better without the Dukes paint. But the color and the wheels look good.

Yeah, they really did a nice job on the GL. The paint was very nice.

How much was the Fury that was for sale?

When I went to the DMV to get the personalized plate this was not my first choice. I tried for 70 RT then 1970 RT, then 7VNT RT. All were taken so I settled on the 7VND RT. It works though.

As to the price of the Fury I didn't inquire so I don't know.

Thanks for the pics.

If you see Barry again, tell him I think Meguiar's is good stuff.

Charger_Fan

Is that "Barry the Blade" Meguiar?

Oh wait, wrong Barry. :-\ :icon_smile_big:

Thanks for sharing the pics.
I think I'd drive that Fury straight to a paint shop for a bit of 'green removal', if I were to buy it. :yesnod:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I was thinking the exact same thing...

Nice pics - thanks for posting them!  With the weather starting to brighten up a bit around Missouri, the car shows will be starting up soon.

chargerboy69

You guys in California are so lucky. Us here in the midwest could never have a car show in March. Are first shows start showing up around the last week of April and into May.

Thank you for the pictures. I do like that 72 General Lee.
