anyone in nc going to car show in highpoint thursday night?

i think i may ride up to the cruise in at the old furniture building this thursday night. Any one else going?

I usually went every Thursday until the Oil Boyz went up on the gas prices and curtailed my driving.   With 68 miles round trip and getting 10 MPG it will cost me $20.00 for gas and for 2 hours of fun that amounts to $10.00 an hour for letting people look at "Ole Red"   I will be staying at home until the prices come down, and if the Govment doesn't catch the hint, then we all will be finding the fairness in the way we are being treated when the double digit inflation sets in, just like Jimmy the Carter experienced during his term as the Prez.
