Will Rocky be sober enough to take the corned beef from the slow cooker without burning the crap out of himself?

OK, the corned beef has been in the slow cooker for 4 hours already. After a few beers earlier, I just drank my first Irish car bomb of the day.  Will I make it the next 4-6 hours?

I'll check back in a few hours, and we can all debate who is better at killing snakes:  St. Patrick or Samuel L. Jackson.

I'm doing ok. I ook it easy yesterday so I could enjoy the race. Now I almost wish I would have drank to heavily that I could have missed it all together today...lmao

Sorry to get back to everyone so late.  I did take out the corned beef by myself, and didn't get burned.  I did have to be to work by 8:30  in the morning, which I did with flying colors by being asleep by 9:30pm PST.
