hi guys (and gals), I've just picked up my newest project and I've finally been able to read the fender tag: top line END, second line: M31 N85 R11 V1X V8W 26, third line: A34 B41 B51 C16 C55 M21, fourth line: B7 C6D B7 314 057362, fifth line E86 D21 XS29 L9Bxxxxxx. Looks like it had a black vinyl top and a white bumblebee stripe, I can't say I've seen that before. Yesterday was it's 38 th birthday. I don't know why it has B7 twice though, anybody have knowledge of that? It is a super trac pac car, it still has the 4.10 dana in it.
The four speed is not in it and neither is the 440. I'm thinking of putting a white interior in it instead of the blue one it once had. It has a manual steering gear in it, would power steering be on the fender tag?  Gerry
I used to own a mopar because it was different, but now I know better.

the second B7 is for paint on the upper door frame. it's common on all fender tags to be done like that. kinda goofy to list that on a tag if you ask me, but they always did
i live in CHARGERLAND.. visitors welcome. 166 total, 7 still around

Power steering would not be on the tag only on the broadcast sheet.  Travis is correct, all blue interior cars got B7 as the upper door frame color.

Thanks for the registration!

Yours is the first B7 4-speed R/T I have registered.   I have 4 other B7 auto R/T's registered....2 with black tops & black stripes....2 with no vinyl & stripe delete...

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I put a white r/t stripe on my 68.  I think nothing beats a white stripe on a dark car.  it will set your car off and it's different. I almost never see white stripes on any chargers.  always black.....

Hi guys, finally able to get the pics on, believe it or not but the frame rails are very solid even though the floor is non-existent.

That's good. Looks like it's been in the elements quite a while with the windows down & no windshield, huh? Does the dash look ok, or are you gonna have to snag one from a parts car?
Overall though, it looks like a good car.

The guy I bought it from said that this car came from Arizona about 15 years ago, then was painted and then was put in a leaking shed without the windshield. I don't know when the drivers window was broken, either way the floor is toast. I talked to guy in arizona this morning who has a complete floor out of a roadrunner and a charger. The dash is pretty rough, someone has put 70 dash pieces on it in addition to a 70 steering column. The column isn't even bolted down. It still has the tic toc tach, but the seller gave me an NOS one with the car. I don't know if the entire dash is original because the vin tag was taken off some time ago. All I know is that the vin, fender tag and body numbers match.   Gerry

Sure can't go wrong with a real 69 R/T 4 speed Trac Pac Car.
