That sucks, I hope he'll pull through well.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Hope all comes out well.  New technology in medicine and all, I think he'll be ok.

Chin up and think positive.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Well he made it. No complications or problems. Your Prayers and thoughts must have helped. Thanks all. :2thumbs:
He sure is one tough old bird. Been thru a countless number of stuff like this including a heart valve replacement and still tickin.
Strong guy.
They still have to run the biopsy on it o find out if it was cancerous or not but at least the surgerys done and he's feeling much better.
That thing was 6-8 inches in oblong length. No wonder he was in so much pain.

It's always good to hear someone has made it through a critical phase in life..Best of wishes .
Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris

Just got back from the drive way down south to see him at the hospital. Took my daughter with. She wanted to see grandpa.

He's doing awesome. He tells me that the doctor said he can go home as early as tomorrow. As long as things keep going as well as they are for him.

Now all we need are the biopsy reports. The doctors are pretty sure it wasn't anything serious but we still got to know for sure. Got my fingers crossed.

I'm just glad he's alright and doing so good now.

Thanks again all for the kind thoughts and prayers. :2thumbs:
