Ok, well Ill update this later but I was looking through the buy and sell last night and I came across this ad saying: 69 Dodge Charger, good condition, mint. 2000 FIRM. So I tried calling this morning and no answer so Ill try again later. But it does say Good Conditon, Mint for 2000?!?!

Do you guys think that it a good deal? My dad is looking to buy it.

What's the "buy and sell" and where can I get a copy?
I think most would be willing to spend 10x the amount they're asking if the ad is true, so yeah it's a no-brainer.

???
Cars owned:
1968 Dodge Charger, 48k orig. miles, family owned since new.
Not a Hemi, a mini-hemi 340.

Amen.  Immaturity is one thing, being a nimrod is another.

Stop acting like such a dope, T5.

You're more than smart enough to know if it's too good to be true....

It might be a nasty joke on the person at that phone number..

Someone puts an ad in the paper for an awesome deal. Target of joke gets a ton of annoying calls.

That's possible...I once put my friend's fairly new BMW in the paper for $1,500 on April fool's day. :D

The phone started ringing at 5am! He never did get even. :smilielol:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I was thinking the same thing but its worth a try. Also, theres a 70 Buick Skylark with a 350 that needs some work (it runs) for 350. Whattcha think about this?

Looks like 69bronzeT5 is bored again   This could be a long year - -  If such a car actually was for sale, wouldn't you keep it a secret - SO YOU COULD BUY IT  ??? ??? ???  If true, the kid does like Chargers, and his car needs a lot of work - - so here 's a perfect opportunity ...  ;D ;D ;D

I just have a feeling the car is about as fake as his thread.

Well, the only thing people know is it ins BC. I didnt say exactly where it is. And plus, theres only like 3 or 4 members in BC. Me, Drache, CHARGER PUNK and somebody else. And Drache dosent live near where the car is and CHARGER PUNK dosent have that much money right now as he just started a job.

Ain't nobody laughing here.  You did the right thing and kept calling to see if it was real.  The odds were against you but you never know until you know, right.
Keep on keepin' on brother.
