Can I get build sheet data from internet for a 94 B250 Ram Van or only dealer?

I went to the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealer gave the guy in service my VIN for my 1999 Jeep Cherokee and he printed out 3 pages of build sheet codes. Can you get that information online anyway? I'm trying to get a price on a transmission for someone in a 1994 Dodge B250 Ram Van. I've got the VIN, but don't have easy access to the vehicle since it's a good ways away so I can check to verify the transmission model. It's a 3.9L and it's either an A904 or A727. It's a conversion van. I'd like to have the same build sheet data to give him to keep if I can get it online so I won't have to make a trip to the dealer. The VIN number is:
