you know it.

He won the Bushe at this track last year. I was actually at that race live in person. It was awesome. I had a bet for him that race and he won me 100 bucks. that was Excellant

This is definately one of HIS tracks.

I got my fingers crossed.

Lizard, good for Kahne, but I find it funny that one of our top 5 "new" Charger haters on this board is such a big fan of a guy who drives one. Forgive me, but I just find that somewhat funny.

ps- The pole means Zip. If Kahne doesn't wreck, he could win every week.

Nascar Cars are not production 4 door charger.... Big difference.
I like Kasey Kahne. I like he fact that he drives Dodge and not Chevy or Ford. I like the fact that he's not a aerogant A__ like Jeff Gordon, I like the fact that he was born and raised from the same state I was born and raised in.
Thats why I root for Kasey

Poll means you are the fastest on the field and you are at the front of the line and no one is in your way when you leave the pit so I wouldn't say it means zip. and regarding "wreck". Well I guess well just have to see where that goes on Sunday now wont we?  :icon_smile_big:

I don't hate the new charger. I just don't like it or want one for myself. It's just not my my cup of tea to drive a 4 door family sudan.

No thanks

and trust me Chris...there are definately more than 5 people here who still completely dislike that car and what it represents.

No, he said TOP 5.  It's a much bigger honor. :icon_smile_big:

I guess I'll just have to accept that honor then. Don't hurt my feelings if he wants to view me as that.

Although I wouldn't call myself a hater. Just a "not my idea of a Truely cool car"

Thats all

Thank you for the clarification. ;D

You can see in the Lizard's reply, that he is slowly coming around. Pretty much everybody that said they hated it, just don't like it now. As soon as dark green becomes an available color, look for the Lizard to be shopping at his local Dodge dealer. :yesnod:  :icon_smile_wink:

Ghoste

I think I'm still a hater.  I didn't like the styling from day one and I didn't like the comments from Creed regarding it.  None of those things have changed so I guess by default, my feelings haven't either.  That doesn't mean it's worth raising the flag all the time though.  It's just my opinion on a car and thats about as important as the color of fly dirt.

Bandit72

i was at the race at kansas speedway back in september when he took the pole there too....it was awesome as i was the only dodge guy there with a bunch of chevy lovers :P
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

70charginglizard

ok Chris before you say it. I know...he hit the wall in the bushe race.
It really sucks but at least he was honest about it and admitted that he just screwed up. Unlike some of those drivers.
Thats another reason I like Kasey. Honest, clean and straight forward driver.
We still have the cup race tomarrow so I have my fingers crossed for that one.
I still think he drove a real good race today. From 30 something all the way up to the front. Just had some bad luck at the end.
Thats racing though

Didn't catch the race on Sunday - how'd Casey Cain do?

He was running 6th when some rookie in a ford took him out. :icon_smile_dissapprove:
