Your best guide on this would be to see what Brewer's Performance sells these for.  I think the 18 splines are around $1800 plus.  I think I saw the bells for $350 (when available it said).  They are offering a rebuilt box and and a magnafluxed bell and are guaranteeing them.  So your $$ would be less.
