power steering pump question

Can anyone tell me how to get the pulley off the pump shaft , there is an allen head on the shaft , but i cant get it to move , is it reverse thread, pressed on , or just frozen. it is from a mid 80's 318.

It's pressed on, you can rent or buy a puller at Autozone.
