Good! Bad! Who cares. This indicates someone wanting to be creative and I like the effort if not the outcome.

Back in the day a yellow 69 charger ran around and also sat at a Bristol PA gas station with a superbird wing.Any traces of yellow on your 69 charger.I think I see some on the firewall and 1/4 caps

I can see the gas cap on the quarter panel on the first picture posted. My car has the gas cap hole filled in due to the wing cover's it. Most likely not the same car. Cool you were able to find that picture of the yellow Charger with wing.

UFO

How about a black one sporting a hemi up front.
Don't remember if it's a J code car.

Lighthorseman

UFO - I remember that one!  I saw it one year in Red Deer, Alberta, and the next year, they had repainted the red tail and spoiler a neon pink.  It was actually really cool.  I think they mounted the tail waaaaaay back so as to not mess with the gas cap.

I think the tail overhang is neat.  :2thumbs:
