Which movie? I prefered Reunion 1 (Save The Farm) and the Dukes Movie from 2005. I watched Reunion 1 last night. Thankfully they used old jump takes from the show for that movie.

None of them were very good. but the first reunion movie was probably the best out of all of those ones.

which really doesnt say much.

i personally think they need to just stop trying....let the show die...i loved the originals....they were good family entertainment with a fast car as one of the main stars....
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Loving the Dukes as I do....I have to say you are right.  Tonights movie was the bottom of the can for me.  Just plnain bad.  Out of all the movies, I have to say the 1st reunion was the best.

I have the movie on dvd, theater version.  If you watched it in the theater, and then rented the unrated version, you might have noticed the unrated/uncut version deleted the scene from the theater version where they were opening the different doors in the girl's dorm?  and the one room had all the girls bonging out and they go in and partake?  remember that in the movie in the theater?  ya, they cut that out of the rental one (unrated/uncut version),  makes a lot of sense, huh.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

probably because in the unrated one there were a bunch of topless girls walking around behind that door instead....

My only beff with the reunion movies was seeing Catherine Bach aged.  I know she had to and I commend her for not going Hollywood and taking the knife but I still would have preferred to remember her in her younger long legged glory.

It was on ABC last night.  The "R" rated DVD cmes out soon, but I wouldn't waste yur time with it like I did.  I want to thank ABC for saving me money from buying the DVD! ;D

I watched it last night, well some of it. Switched to family guy mid way thru then back. I was kinda surprised at all the adult content on "ABC family". It was good to learn the background of the general lee. Cooter was played by the same actor as that "matrix nerd" from grandmas boy!!! that was funny. But for now I'll have to go with the remake with jessica because I haven't seen those first 2 in so long I dont really remember much about them.

:iagree: Too bad it wasn't one of the choices. They should just let them die- it's been way overdone.

One of the episodes gave the background on the General.  Why do we need a movie to change the history that already works?

I think the show itself jumped the shark well before it was over, let alone any movies - though I do seem to remember thinking the first reunion was OK.
