4 speed transmission

Can anyone tell me what a 4 speed tranny is worth?
Probably needs refreshed.

Also:
Short or long tailshaft? If long, one shifter mount or two? Got any numbers? Aluminum case or iron? Can you post any casting or stamped numbers? These things go anywhere from $50-1500+ depending on what it fits.

That's a 23-spline transmission from a '69 RoadRunner.  Not a bad find, but not worth the big $$ that an 18 spline would bring.  Oh, and it was assembled on October 6th, 1968 - which is spot-on correct for the VIN sequence number that was stamped on it.

Ok, with that being answered, does it turn by hand and have you tried shifting it? It only has a single shifter mount so it won't work for an e-body. I think I paid right around $250 for my 23 spline. Does it match that Roadrunner?

Haven't tried turning it by hand.
I know it wont match this RR as this car is automatic.
