radiator upgrade

My engine is running too hot and I would like to upgrade the radiator. I have a dodge charger 1969 W/ auto transmission. I could also go with seperate trans. oil cooler

Can anybody recommend a good cheap and cool radiator

A new radiator never fixes overheating problems. Find out why you are getting hot, and repair the problem first. Once you have everything working as it should, you can then decide if a radiator upgrade will help.

Try changing your thermostat, or running without one and see if that helps. You can also bring your old radiator into a shop and have them go through it. Good luck!

You guys know ur stuff!. just had a "local guru" take a look inside my engine today and he says its in need of major cleaning since it is cluttered up, so im off to the cleaner now but hopefully saved myself a radiator!
