Part identification help

Can someone help me identify this part.  Rcvd it with a bunch of 70 charger parts.  I have no idea what it goes to.  thanks in advance.

I'm guessing there's no number on it huh?

actually there are...4194   2  and 80045 below that.  there is also a penstar emblem, so i know it goes to some mopar.  any way of decoding these.  would appreciate any help

A 70 parts catalog is the one I don't have.  I've been going through a 70 fsm to see if there was a similar part but I don't see it.  Maybe pm Chris G. or Dodge Don and see if they know.  Those guys both know the 70 model real well (so do lots of others here but those two often seem to be the torchbearers).

that a spacer plate that goes behind a bumper shock on a later model car possibly even a k car or something not for a 70 charger

i recognized it but im not 100% sure on it but very close

I think is a plate between firewall and brake booster. At least looks very similar... however I think they are 4 bolts, doesn't ?
