MY CAR GOT WRECKED, NEED HELP

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO REPOPS FRONT FENDERS FOR A 69 CHARGER? MY 69 GOT SMASHED OVER THE WEEKEND. ANY HELP0 WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

far as i know nobody repops those fenders. your stuck finding decent used ones and repairing them im afraid.

Don't know if I'd be too up for doing something like that though.

I'd wait for an original that I could use myself. But thats just me.

I'm sure you already know this but it would have to be REALLY bad to be unrepairable. Is it that bad, because the alternatives to repairing one are not good.

sorry to hear that a bout your 69 , like the other guys mentioned , must of been a pretty hard hit to be needing replacements  . i am guessing you need a grill plus other front end stuff then . ,. depending what you have got planed for you charger  fiberglass fenders & hood might be an option .

This is a great place for what you need.  It's not repop though, its all steel parts from original cars.  Good people to deal with too.

TO START, NOBODY WAS HURT, ONLY THE VEHICLES. I WAS AT A STOP SIGN ON THE HIGHWAY THROUGH MY TOWN AND WANTING TO CROSS TO GO TO MY NIECE'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. 2 OLD LADIES DRIVING A PT CRUISER WERE COMING FROM MY LEFT. THEY TURNED ON THEIR BLINKER TO TURN AT THE STREET THAT I WAS ON. THEY SLOWED AND STARTED TO MAKE THE TURN. THERE WAS NO TRAFFIC BEHIND THEM SO I LOOKED THE OTHER DIRECTION AND IT WAS CLEAR. I STARTED TO CROSS THE ROAD AND SMASHED INTO THE PT. THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR MIND AND TURNED BACK INTO THE HIGHWAY. MY LEFT FRONT TO THEIR RIGHT FRONT. PT HAD A HOLE IN IT'S FENDER ONLY. THE LEFT FRONT CORNER GOT BENT IN AND UP. BUMPER END WAS BENT OUT. HOOD BUCKLED. FRONT VALANCE SMASHED IN FROM PT'S TIRE BEING TURNED FULL LEFT TO REENTER ROAD. GRILL HAS ONLY SMALL CRACK. IT BENT AND DIDN'T BREAK. WILL NEED TO REPAIR CHROME TRIM ON GRILL. IT'S PROBABLY REPAIRABLE BUT I DON'T WANT BONDO ON IT. THIS WEEKEND I'LL POST SOME PICTURES. I WAS JUST SICK. THIS IS THE FIRST DAMAGE TO THIS CAR IN THE 27 YEARS I'VE OWNED IT. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP AND ADVICE GUYS!

Bummer, E bay still has nice '69 fenders, I see them every once in a while. And new grilles are being made.

i think ebay is a better bet than stephens. unless you just have wads of cash to spend

Yeah, in fact you'll probably be better off just taking the fender to a bodyshop and paying less than what you would be paying for from Ted Stephens.

Heck of a nice guy though....But his parts are pricey.

Also, metalwork can be done to the point where hardly any bondo will be required.

Ya, the guys are right.  Stephens is pricey buuuut if your insurance is paying for it, it's just the right price

Maybe this will help.  This is the brother of one of the members of our club.  I am not sure what all he has.  But is looks like he has alot of good stuff.  I am sure if he is anything like his brother.  He will be very good to work with.  Good luck.  Sorry to hear about that happening to your car. 

Also the magazine looks very good too.  Another Mopar magazine can't hurt

If you don't want bondo then you're not going to want fiberglass. That means $$$$ for a nice original or NOS. Personally I wouldn't worry about body filler. A good body shop can get it real close and use very little filler. Shoot, there's filler in it right now from the factory.
