G'day Guys,

can anyone tell me if there's a standard coolant overflow bottle I can put on my 71 Charger (383) ?

I get water coming out everytime I stop, and I was hoping there was a popular application I could use.

Thanks,

Peter.

I have known some had them.

I don't suppose you have a picture anywhere Nacho ?

I'll look myself, but if you've got one handy it'd be great.

I didn't found the pic I THINK  had saved... is a very different bottle than the 73/74 ones sit on passenger side inner fender at a side of radiator ( same place of 71/72 washer bottle ). This overflow bottle to 71/72 as far I know sits on driver side, but really i cant't recall exactly how sits or how is. Not sure in fact if sits IN FRONT of radiator, out of engine bay itself.

Really I can't recall right now, but sure some models had it. I only have seen THIS PIC I am talking about.

I think Twilt could provide more info or in fact this pic itself

not sure about the 71, but on 72 Chargers I've seen 2 styles - 1 that mounts on the radiator frame, next to the charcoal canister and 1 that mounts on the driver's side radiator

see the pics
