have vaccum system wondering how to trouble shoot if they dont go up and down......have a 68 charger..thanks

DO 68's have the same vac can can like 69's under the battery.  If so that is likely a good place to start.

I'm going to find you some threads about this on this site that will most likely help you out.

Also, you can bypass the can as well.  I believe Ace did that on his General(tylercharger69)

Hope it helps.  Pretty simple system.  Can, Actuators, vac lines, headlight switch.
